Pitaya Jam Bowl

After the acai bowl revelation in Hawaii, I have discovered another common superfruit bowl that's a little closer to home (and much easier to obtain in vast quantities)

1 dragonfruit, frozen // 1 tbsp jam of choice (or fresh berries if you have them)  // 4 tbsp greek yogurt // dried figs, sliced // puffed wheat or granola
Blend all except for figs and wheat until a smoothie-like texture if obtained. If you want a thicker smoother bowl, add a pinch of xanthan gum (or a frozen banana). garnish with wheat and dried figs
