Vegan and perfect. I love mixing this with quinoa into a paste and spreading it on a wrap.

1 can chickpeas//2 tbsp lemon juice//1 tbsp tahini//garlic salt, to taste//reserve water from the canned chickpeas

Blitz all except the last ingredient into a paste, then slowly add water until you get the consistency you want! If you want a richer hummus, use olive oil instead of water and add a tablespoon more of tahini
