Sasha's Spicy Salsa

It's the triple S.
Be warned, this is guaranteed to make you an addict. You will be a slave to this mouthwatering concoction of bruising, plump tomatoes, spicy tabasco and poignant and fragrant onions.

Sasha's Spicy Salsa

1 28-oz can whole peeled tomatoes, drained (juice reserved) and chopped // 1 red onion, diced fine // 1 clove garlic, diced fine // tabasco to taste (I like tons) // juice 1/2 lemon // 1/2 cup chopped cilantro // salt and pepper to taste 

Mix all ingredients. Add some of the reserved tomato juice if desired. Let mellow for 1 day in refrigerator.
