Superfood Muesli Recipe

Mix 1 cup of oats, 1/4 cup of pecan halves, 2 tbsp agave syrup, a pinch of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of raw quinoa and toast in an oven set to 100 degrees C for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. When cooled, add 1/4 cup of cocoa nibs and crasins each. Store in an airtight jar and drown yourself in it. Perfect on tart, zingy, swiss or greek yogurt or swimming in cold milk. or on it's own, shovelled with a large spoon into your mouth. Perfect crunch, spicy, sweet muesli.
